I was flying out from Baltimore to NYC, and, I called for a last minute appointment. I recieved a genuine quality and care which I hadn't anticipated. Ingrid performed a targeted muscular release that was gentle and completely effective. The mattress was brutal in my hotel from the night before. I would have settled for 45 minutes of a theragun on my neck to be able to fly without pain. I recieved what amounted to a weeks long relief in my hips, neck, and shoulder that were all correlated. I received a 90 min.massage from Jessi and it was one of the best massages that I’ve had in a very long time. You can tell she is well trained and has strength in her hands to work on the tightness muscles and knots. I highly recommend her.

Keara provides a phenomenal full body stretch!! She is very caring and gives helpful recommendations to care for problem areas between appointments. I feel so relaxed pain free for days after appointments.
