Needed a new water heater since my old one was 10+ years old. Chris was very communicative and answered all of my questions. He was also very upfront regarding pricing and what services were included, such as water heater model and obtaining necessary permits. Coordination was seamless.
Day of the install, 2 of his employees arrived well within the agreed upon time window. They were professional and treated my home with respect. I turned off the breaker, and they did the rest. Very clean installation as well.
