Lux nails is my fav nail salon by far! I’ve been going to them for quite some time now! I’ve moved to Howard County and will still drive into the city for their services. Leon hands down does the best nails. Although all the techs there do an amazing job. The pedicures have multiple options so you have opportunities to splurge or choose a more reasonable service.

I use to come here every 2 weeks for at least 3 years straight. But, I stopped. Once covid hit, it was different when it re-opened. They had new people in there that did not know how to do a pedicure. If I have to tell you that you are grabbing my foot too rough, then you need to adjust your method. Not, cop a attitude!! I left her NO TIP!! I'm not going to leave you a tip for hurting my feet, for me having to tell you that you left polish on my nails, for you copping a attitude with me because, I'm paying you to do a service, oh the HELL I will not!!

The customer service was off the chain? I would definitely recommend going here. Also Karin is so kind and was gentle on my cuticles. All the other employees were really kind. 100% I'm going here again!
