**Google, you should have a "consumer beware" option**

Today I called Mr. Lowery to discuss a service that he performed on my unit last year. When I called and "introduced" the issue to him, immediately he was defensive. Unfortunately, Mr. Lowery would not allow me to talk and fully explain my issue, he was combative and extremely rude. I never once raised my voice to him nor was I rude or abrasive. I continued to explain the issue, that within 12months of him performing HVAC maintenance, the unit was overheating due to the coils needing to be cleaned. He, Mr Lowery, is not a professional at all. He is not sure what to work on as my water heater is not working. He beat the pressure switch several times using driver while it looks like working for a while. less than 10 min the ignition light goes off. So I asked my son-in-law on overseas vacaction who is a pro tech specializing in AC and heater. I had a discussion with him overseas how to solve this problem. He said Mr. Lowery was scam. He should have replaced the pressure switch on Water Heater. Owner/technician "seemed" knowledgeable via phone, but it ultimately resulted in no responsiveness in critical time of need. Unfortunately, this unprofessionalism caused hardship. Would not recommend.
