Best nail salon in the city by far! I have been here more than 10 times for gel manicures and pedicures, and each time the quality couldn’t be better. The owner and everyone working there are so wonderful and kind. The attention to detail is wild.

I’m visiting from out of town and stopped at this nail salon. Kim did a terrific job on my nails!! She was friendly and took her time to get everything just right. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone, especially visitors!

I would rate the nails a 4 but my most recent experience a 1. I was a repeat customer here but not anymore.
I called at 9:45am to ask what time they were available for the requested service. They were pretty open in the morning so I said I can arrive by 11am. They asked how far I lived and I said 10 min away.
At 10:36 I received a call back- whoever I spoke to had an attitude and said “where are you?” I reiterated that I said I could come by 11 and before I could get our that I was on my way, and she said “You’re not coming.” And then hung up on me. Little did they know I was on my way for the service when I received the call so I still decided stop by to speak with the manager.
The manager gave the reason or “excuse” that the woman I spoke to canceled her appointment for me, thought I said 10:30 instead of 11, and she didn’t hang up on me, she ended the call because another customer came in. She framed it as a misunderstanding. If that was the case, it’s still bad business practices and bad customer service.
It’s unfortunate, but I’ll find a new nail shop.

Great experience! I had the lady that sits at the third seat when you walk in. She was very friendly and did a thorough jobs with my nails. She would check in and ask every so often how I felt about the shape, color, etc.

Such a great dip manicure! They really take their time and don’t rush it and it shows. And it lasts so long no chipping at all, I went back because it grew out but the dip was still perfect!

Went to the dirtiest, worst nail salon I've ever been to, and I got a manicure that wasn't as good as the one I did myself. They did nothing like what I wanted and the lady there said it was my problem. What can I say, I wish you guys would go out of business tomorrow

Their customer service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. However, their design services are somewhat limited. They’re good for a basic gel mani/pedi.
