I've been coming here to this same lady on and off for 13 years now. Every time its good work. From my suites to just pants and coat hems.
I see alot of people crying in the reviews that they have to pay a fee when losing the tickets. That's how it works. Its clear too. Don't lose your ticket. Be an adult. Stop crying

I spilled red juice (alcohol) right above the supreme lettering on Saturday, i dropped it off on Monday, got it back a week later and the stain is literally gone like no trace at all.

I dropped a single coat off on Monday and it wasn't ready until late in the day on Friday. To add to that, it was $18 to dry clean a single coat. Both slow and expensive. Additionally I asked them to remove a tag from the sleeve of my coat. When I got the coat back the tag was removed but the threads were still hanging out of the sleeve. It was clear that the threads had just been sloppily severed with a seam ripper and they hadn't bothered to finish the job. There are plenty of cheaper dry cleaners who do just as good or better jobs.
