I have called , three different roofing companies Kelbie responded within 15 minutes of the call and was out to the property within an hour to investigate the problem. Give me options and was able to do the work the next day. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a flat roofer. Give me a maintenance free roof with a 30 year warranty was able to work around my rooftop deck where I had another estimate that was nearly 50% more than his estimate
The owner was quick to respond to my request and to come out and provide a visual inspection, cleaning of the roof of all debris, and worked with us to get our roof sealed and protected! Was also very quick to provide us the roof certificate that our home owners insurance needed from us. Would definitely recommend again!
I’ve worked with Mike twice over the past 10–12 years, and he has never disappointed me. Most recently, I contacted him after discovering a leak that caused drywall damage. Mike came out the same day to provide an estimate, and even though he and his team were fully booked, they took the time to patch the area to prevent further damage from the upcoming rain and snow.
