I had an upper bletharaplasty done by Dr Bai when she was finishing her residency at Northwestern Medicine and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results! Dr Bai took so much time to talk with me and answered every question. I always felt heard and she never rushed our appointments. She is incredibly caring, kind and empathetic. I cannot recommend Dr. Bai highly enough. I was her patient for about 2 years and I always left beyond satisfied with my results. Dr. Bai is patient and answers questions and explains things very thoroughly to her patients. I never felt rushed.I had several treatments done under her care and my results were always fantastic. She has the hands of an artist and a heart for her patients. Dr. Bai is phenomenal at her work. It was my privilege to have her as my Dr in the Midwest. In March, I had a Fleur-de-Lis tummy tuck with Dr. Bai while she was finishing her Residency at Northwestern in Chicago. I honestly don’t have the words to fully express how grateful I am.
