John had been handling my taxes as well as almost the entire Griffin side of my family which is a very large family, my father had 8 siblings and I have tons of cousins whom all really enjoy dealing with John for many many years now.

I sent my info last year. I had to call 3 times to discover that they filed for an extension. Then I was NEVER contacted again nor able to get a response from anyone or able to reach anyone from the office by phone. My 2018 taxes never got filed. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

We had to wait over 2 hours when we had an appointment. The taxes were done and filed on time, however there was an amendment that needed to be filed that we were assured would be taken care of. John was unreachable for the months following April. It is now November and he still has not gotten back to us. I received a letter from the IRS regarding the discrepancy. This was not the experience that I had hoped for.
