We were referred to IRG regarding a fix & flip loan for our first house flip and a DSCR loan for our first rental property. The service we received from beginning to end was unparalleled. We were quoted four months for our job. We chose our temporary living situation based upon this. Our home is STILL not finished and the actions of IRG damaged our original inlay, and damaged our freshly redone floors. No attempt was made to match new wood to the rest of our floors. There was no communication or work done in our home for the entire month of January, and the post about a house "wrapping up soon? That's ours, and it's still not done. The contractor ordered the wrong stone and has been abysmal with communication in general. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this business for anything.
