About Integrity Real Estate Group
Integrity Real Estate Group (IRG) aims to be a leading real estate firm focused on rebuilding and refurbishing homes in Maryland and Washington, D.C. The company emphasizes a commitment to excellence and integrity, using top-quality techniques for renovation and restoration. Their team consists of a small, dedicated full-time staff and specialized part-time consultants who strive to provide exceptional service. Reviews highlight mixed experiences with IRG. Many clients praise Usman for his outstanding customer service, efficiency, and professionalism in securing loans. He has been described as knowledgeable and patient, earning lasting business from satisfied clients. However, not all experiences have been positive. Some customers report significant delays in their projects, poor communication, and inadequate craftsmanship. Issues such as damaged floors, poorly installed heating systems, and unsatisfactory repairs have led to frustration and disappointment. Overall, while IRG has successfully assisted some clients in their real estate needs, others have expressed serious concerns about the quality of work and the reliability of services provided. Potential customers should consider these varied experiences when seeking assistance from Integrity Real Estate Group.
We were quoted four months for our job. We chose our temporary living situation based upon this. Our home is STILL not finished and the actions of IRG damaged our original inlay, and damaged our freshly redone floors. No attempt was made to match new wood to the rest of our floors. There was no communication or work done in our home for the entire month of January, and the post about a house "wrapping up soon? That's ours, and it's still not done. The contractor ordered the wrong stone and has been abysmal with communication in general. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this business for anything. Our "heating and air" system was installed in the absolute worst configuration possible using the worst techniques possible. They mudded the holes for the door knobs to catch so we can't actually close our bathroom door, but left obvious holes in the wall in sight of that door. Six months of stress and our house is barely "surface pretty." The subcontractors aren't qualified to do any of this work. Don't waste your time or money on these cheap flippers. You'll be left with a poor quality "fix."
I have used Integrity multiple times due to the consistent delivery of professionalism and great quality of work.
