Buying a house is so stressful and people always get worried about the dreaded home inspection....We are in the process of purchasing our second home and used HomeCheck Inspection Services and I cannot possibly say enough great things about them! Don drove SO far (eastern shore to Carroll County) to inspect our home. He arrived super early and the first thing he said to me was "I work for YOU". Don spent hours taking us through our new home explaining everything in the home. Not only did he inspect the home but he also gave us a "mini home-owners tutorial". He explained the heating and air system, pumps on the outside of the house, the importance of getting a new roof and watching out for loose shingles....I truly feel like I will be a better home owner because of him. I learned so much during the inspection (and I expected to just sit on the floor with laptop while he did his thing...). We asked A LOT of questions and Don never once seemed bothered by the amount of time we spent inspecting our forever home. I seriously cannot be happier with the way our inspection went. Michelle was AMAZING on the phone as well! She was quick to answer questions, helped us out with a last minute radon test and continues to follow up with us after our inspection.
