Bill More was the technician whom we are reviewing. We are new to Griffith after being in our home for only three months. When our heater stopped working it was in the early evening. I tried what I could to start it, but was to no avail. My wife called them and a technician, Bill More was at our house first thing the next morning. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was confident with his diagnosis then took the time to fix it the first time. Not only did he, but he replaced the furnace’s filter with and upgraded one which frees up more space in the crawl space. He then checked out our other furnace, removed/replaced that filter too....read full review
