Family members visiting patients have reported encountering rude and insensitive staff, highlighting the need for improved communication and compassion towards loved ones.
Mbachu MD, Sean was my ER physician and Floraide RN, Nikko Leandro was my nurse. This was the best I've ever been taken care of. These guys were outstanding, and I would love to make them my personal physicians. .....5☆☆☆☆☆ work.....
If you wanna be taken serious and be in and out don’t come here but honestly there nurse kept poking me she didn’t know what she was doin and kept pulling the iv in and out and ended up popping my vein and my wrist is in pain they poked me 4 times which hurt like hell I arrived at 12:30 left at 4:30 and all I wanted was a pregnancy test and hug check and the nurse had a attitude the whole time I had an amazing doctor told me I was 4 weeks and my hcg was about 224.4…took a minute but the results was worth it 🍾 my hand is red and swollen…its now 7:13pm I left at 4:30.
I was hospitalized at this place and all I can say.....dr Sean MD, nurse Kenneth, nurse Richard are all these 3 gentlemen just simply the best!!! They treat you with sincerity, passionately, and patiently. Just like you are their own family member. Don't hesitate if you go here looking one of those guys. Won't disappoint you.
