The consultant I worked with, Niv, was an absolute mensch, a real stand-up man who cares about you, not about the bells and whistles. He didn’t take advantage of me, didn’t try to upsell me on different pieces, and worked with me to find, secure, and place a beautiful headstone.
Fram was easy to work with - they sent everything by email and gave me step by step updates on the work. Very pleased with the results - match existing monuments perfectly and all details correct.
