I’ve had an amazing experience shopping at Floor & Decor in Parkville. I’m renovating my home and Alejandra has been such a huge help with ordering and delivery. The selection and customer service is top tier. I wish I could give 10 stars!!

I just want to give kudos to the young gentleman that helps me every time I visit. Half of the time I don’t know what I need (or want) for that matter but once I explain myself, Nick gets it! He is kind and very patient and I appreciate that! I haven’t had the best experiences when dealing with generational gaps in customer service but Nick B is absolutely amazing!
