Less than a week ago, I patronized this particular facility for the first time. I had been doing powder dip manicures on my nails for the last four months. Every time before this was done at another facility. Never did my nail chip or break. In less than a week, after getting my nails done at "Fancier", at least two nails on each hand are chipped and are crumbling. From what I understand, this happens when the products are too old. When I brought it to there attention, the stated that they have a three day, repair time frame when my nails didn't make it for a week. I spent money for quality service.I will never use services from this facility nor will I recommend them...read full review
I got a dip polish “manicure”. He didn’t do anything to my cuticles before applying the powder. Two days later the top coat was coming off of one nail. Within days the clear coat and powder was off another nail m. When I went back they changed me twelve dollars because I didn’t come back within 3 days. No apology or anything. Very low customer appreciation.Service: Gel manicures
I have had good and bad experiences at this salon and all based on the techs. While I won't name the bad techs I will say that everytime Q does my nails they turn out awesome. I only go on days she works or else I get a bad manicureServices: Nail polish changes
