Yesterday I shredded my tire turning onto Falls Road, I pulled into the parking lot at Exxon intending to call AAA or a family member to come and help me. However I did not have to do that because I was very fortunate to pull into this particular parking lot. Tommy from the service station came out and helped me; he changed my tire and explained everything that he was doing (I know NOTHING about cars and this was the first time I have been in the situation). I was very upset when it happened and he put me at ease and even made me laugh while he changed the tire. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this shop, very professional, courteous , and fast service. If I lived in that area , this would be my mechanic.
