The corporate office have no help when problems with the building and staff. The rental office staff is nice and helpful; they goes beyond the call of duty to help. They love the apartment free shuttle ride every month, different activities, grocery items on Tuesday and a food bank truck once month. Good food is a little pricey but okay with potato salad hot fish green beans and bacon.
I have been resident of Mayfair Mansions in Washington DC for quite a few years. I’m thankful to God to have a roof over my head but I can’t really say that it’s the roof I really want or deserve. This property has the potential to be beautiful inside and out but The Powers at Play have either forgotten about or simply are very neglectful of this property! I’ve complained of leaks, mold, painting issues, tub reglazing, carpet removal, electrical sockets in disrepair, or don’t work at all( need an update), door and window seal replacement, upgrade for a 15 year old refrigerator, rodent proof screens for windows, adequate pest control for a very large community,...read full review
The corporate office is absolutely no help when you have problems with their building and staff. No one knows anything and you are referred to the people that you are having trouble with.
The rental office staff is very nice and helpful. She goes beyond the call of duty to help out. I love my apartment. They have free shuttle ride every month for different things. They have a lot of different activities that you can participate in. On Tuesday they bring in different grocery items. Once a month the food bank truck comes. Saint Joseph nursing team also comes once a month.I love it here.
