When I moved from DC to Baltimore in the middle of an emergency, I was worried about the mixed reviews on American Management. I had an awful landlord experience in DC, and I didn't want to move into another terrible situation. However, I didn't have much choice at the time.It's now been about 3 months since I've moved, and I'm so impressed with American Management. Heather in the leasing office is professional, reliable, and prompt with communication. I've lived in my apartment for 3 years now, and have experienced consistently strong customer/tenant service (from both the Leasing Office and Maintenance).Regardless of how much you love the home you've made for yourself, management can often be the deciding factor for whether you remain in it.
