The corporate office have no help when problems with the building and staff. The rental office staff is nice and helpful; they goes beyond the call of duty to help. They love the apartment free shuttle ride every month, different activities, grocery items on Tuesday and a food bank truck once month. Good food is a little pricey but okay with potato salad hot fish green beans and bacon.
I am extremely disappointed, upset and frustrated with the apartment complexes under Enterprise Residential- West Wood Oaks, Stony Brook, and Larkspur. The lack of professionalism across these properties is shocking. Staff is basically nonexistent, it feels like nobody actually works there so why are they even there? Calls never get answered, every call gets transferred to voicemail and nobody follows up on messages sent through their website. You have questions about leasing? Too bad nobody listens, nobody responds and nobody cares.

I misplaced my mom's security deposit check and they refuse to replace my deceased mother's security deposit check. These people are crooks,I heard I'm not the only one this has happened too. I've called and stopped by the office many times. This has been going on for years.
My experience at Sierra Woods has been extremely concerning as a parent and tenant. I have reported ongoing mold, moisture, and health issues for months, including medical test results showing exposure impacts, yet management has failed to provide clear answers about the source, the type of mold found, or a proper remediation plan.
Multiple requests for transparency have gone unanswered. Instead of addressing the documented ADA and safety issues affecting my disabled child, management has shifted responsibility, delayed responses, and used intimidating tactics when I asked for basic information needed to keep my family safe.
