Daniel and his team were excellent to work with. They helped navigate through a challenging Baltimore City permitting process, including historical review, and their communication was great. The project was a wooden outdoor landing and front steps, which they did a fantastic job with.
DYS Construction did a wonderful job removing an old deck, clearing the area, and extensively repairing backdoor stairs. The new stairs were very aesthetically detailed and sturdy, compared to the old steps that came with the property. DYS was very communicative and thorough during the whole process from getting quotes to giving post-construction maintaince instructions. While I did not opt to build a new deck (for personal reasons and of no fault on DYS), I will say I would have them build a new one for me in the future, if that is something I decide to do down the line.
