Miya was wonderful. She was thoughtful and checked in about the amount of pressure being applied throughout the massage. She gave special attention to my expressed focus areas. I loved the stretching incorporated in to the massage.

Anthony offered deep courtesy and connection, beginning with our phone conversation and continuing through our arrival to the point of our departure after our services. The heartfelt welcome was only topped by the significant skills of my massage therapist, Maya. She was detail-oriented, attentive to my needs and requests, and extremely effective. This is a place to visit and return to often!

I’ve attended 2 of my 10 sessions so far and I’m feeling great! 1 week post op! Maya has taught me so much already about my recovering journey and the importance of my faja, foam placements, and overall self care. I received more knowledgeable explanations from the Dose of Wellness team than I have from my own post op surgical department. Maya makes you feel comfortable and takes her time explaining the process and genuinely took interest in my experience so far in this journey.
