Chatman Harris Funeral Home

Chatman Harris was amazing and made the funeral arrangements for the passing of my father seamless and fulfilled all of my needs. They were courteous and carefully explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions. On the day of the funeral the staff made my family feel at home and comforted/supported us the entire day, including the repass. I highly recommend Chatman Harris and plan to use their services in the future!

Can't lie. The initial young woman I worked with. I was on fire. She didn't do nothing right. Paper work follow ups etc.....
If I didn't check my dad's day would have been destroyed. However. It's a young man there by the name of Antonie.
Who exceeded compassion. professionalism.
I was fustrated with the initial situation.
I was loud & angry, talking to him, (DISRESPECTFUL), I truely was being.

This man stayed calmed, Listened. And baby stepped through every thing, for me , to make sure I had everything done & understood before leaving.

I started pre-planning for my parents last year and researched March, Wylie, Vaughn-Green and Chatman-Harris. I chose Chatman-Harris Funeral Home East and it was the best choice for 4 reasons: (1) Their pricing for the funeral with cremation was very competitive with an easy-to-understand package option (2) The customer service from every member of their team throughout the process was excellent (3) The funeral home itself is a grand historic building with beautiful furnishings (4) The repast hall was within the facility so it decreased travel time for our family and friends.
