I regularly see Hannah, the practitioner who performs EFT tapping. She’s an extremely generous healer who does her best to tailor each session to your unique needs, and she does this usually by having a kind of talk therapy session before the actual tapping. I’m grateful that I was able to so quickly develop a trust with here, and I think that’s due to, in part, how much she cultivates a warm, nonjudgmental space.

My first time doing acupuncture. To my surprise, my insurance actually covers up to 10 visits a year. It is SO relaxing! I wanted to try acupuncture to address stress and see if I could get some relief from my allergies. I fall asleep most sessions and can’t tell how long I’m in the room. The stress just melts off. I’ve been working with Sam for 5 months now and would recommend her to anyone. She is very grounded and knowledgeable.
As far as the needles go they are so tiny! I’ve definitely poked myself with bigger clothes pins (which actually hurts). lol I can’t feel Sam put most of them in and I don’t feel them being pulled out.
I first went to Tom in 2016 or 2017? and he did acupuncture with cupping- ooo, weee!!! And I kept going in 2018 and 2019 until I could barely move- (nothing to do with his services) I recently went to see him after my back surgery and was instantly relieved of the pressure. I had a session with Cory yesterday and man, what? Wow!!! If you are hurting, just go. Don’t think too long, just go and get the help you need! I’ll be back! (No pun) Thanks Team!!!
