My highest recommendation to massage therapist, Kelly. She is the full package- fantastic touch and ability to know when to tread lightly and when to dig in, but also someone who is innately able to meet you where you are at and read your body and what it needs, maybe even more than I knew myself.
I have had trigger areas that have been locked up for literally decades, and she has been the only person who has made a noticeable difference, that lasts far beyond the time I am in her care.
