We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion we received from Charles S. Zeiler & Son Inc. during the most difficult time of our lives. Being from California, we were devastated when our daughter, Aubrey, passed suddenly in Baltimore, and we had no idea how to navigate everything from so far away.
From the moment we connected with them, our funeral director, Rhonda, took exceptional care of us. She handled everything with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, ensuring that all arrangements were made quickly and smoothly. Zeiler & Son handled my dad's pre-arrangements, he was very particular about what he wanted, he just wanted something simple, quick and affordable and they were able to give him exactly what he wanted . My dad passed 11/8/20, Zeiler carried out my dads pre-arranged wishes to the tee without a single issue, the organization exceeded our expectations.
Was very thorough & gentle. Everything went smoothly & with dignity . They handled my father & grandson who died 2 weeks of each other. I am now doing my pre arrangements for myself here with them.
