Excellent experience! Someone broke into my house while I was out of town on an holiday and threw a rock through my glass back door. Caplan was the only company who answered right away when I called first thing the next morning. They came out within a couple of hours to check the problem, and repaired the glass later the same day, and they were patient coordinating with me since I had to have my daughter who lives 20 minutes away meet them. I appreciate their clear communication and their understanding that I was naturally stressed out under the circumstances. I highly recommend them if you're in an emergency.

Great experience with Caplan for replacement glass for a coffee table. Ordering and payment was easy. Pickup was awesome as we pulled right into the building and the man at the front counter helped us with loading. Highly recommend Caplan.

I will always use Caplan glass from now on. I ordered a circlular round table and they did it for me. The table wasn't exactly round in a perfect circle so the sizing was a bit off (Serena and Lily not Caplan's fault) . They came to my house to fix this and I am soooo appreciative. HUGE THANK YOU!!!
