Very good experience with staff and haircut from senior stylist Pat who has been styling my hair for over 30 years. However, appointment was delayed by almost 30 minutes because the prior customer who apparently habitually comes in late, came in 15 minutes late for her appointment that led to delay in my appointment and the customer after me. Should consider charging a late fee since unfairly affects the other customers and the stylist. Am very happy with my new hairstyle!

Vasi was amazing! She really took the time to provide an outstanding haircut for my son, who was preparing for his first photo shoot as a model. The cut was simply awesome. Brocatos is a beautiful, professional and friendly salon. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations!

This is my first time to the new salon though I’ve been a client for nearly 20 years. The salon is beautiful and so convenient off 83. Vasi colored and styled my hair and she was great! Vasi is very detailed and conscientious and really took the time to find out my preferences and deliver on them. She is also super nice and that a goes a long way too!You won’t be disappointed at Brocato’s. Everyone on staff is great, the owner Ellen and manager Tracey are always attentive and take care of every detail to give the salon its greatest potential.
