Update, the service technician called today and let me know that Jeep will cover the majority of the cost to replace the transmission in my wife's Jeep. Our out of pocket cost will be $850, significantly lower than expected. The technician stated it may be a bit of time to get the transmission replaced though, as there are only 20 dealers with a new transmission in stock in the country. We were expecting a $7k bill to repair the Jeep. We appreciate the effort put into getting the Jeep repaired.

Yes, because my brother is their head mechanic and goes to school often since the car industry changes so fast . I got a 2022 sedan and traded it in for a light SUV. I couldn't believe it! Ford no longer manufactures Sedans . It's Trucks or SUVs. My brother is a fantastic mechanic and he believes in honesty and upfront pricing. Don't have a photo but it's a short distance from Meijer's. Don't need a photo just look online.

Needed routine service, I called and scheduled as everywhere was on a pretty long wait. I dropped my car off the morning of and went to work, I got a call shortly after I left saying that there was a cancellation, and they were able to get my car in early. They found several other issues that I was not expecting, they were happy to walk me through the cost and if it was an emergent situation. some items I decided to correct, some I decided to hold off on. I appreciated their honesty and speed of service. Overall, the cost was on par with other places. The waiting room was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly.
