The office is very nice and the staff are pleasant. However, the doctor or scheduler could use tons of work. This was my second appointment where I had to wait almost two hours to be seen. This is ridiculous. I had to call out from work.

Stopped in yesterday because my frames had a torn silicon nose pad. Even though I didn't purchase the frames from this location they offered to service my frames. They didn't have an exact matching replacement so they replaced both pads at no charge. Then they noticed the frames weren't properly sitting on my face so they adjusted the fit as well. Could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about fitting frames. Looks like a really nice selection of frames as well.

I agree with the positive review. Although the store does sometimes become busy (this is completely unpredictable), this is a quality place that provides excellent and very personal service unavailable elsewhere. I have been going to them for nearly ten years and they are the best!
