Bodyology by Dior & Smile Pretty

I've been going to physical therapy after getting into an auto accident, and they were closed over the holidays, so I decided to give Bodyology a try, and fortunately they had availability. The owner's location is clean, and she provides excellent service! After 1 session with her I feel like a whole new person!

I have never been to this establishment and was considering going but certain things gave me pause. There is no website, red flag for me. You cannot view the work or the prices, this is not helpful in boosting a customer's enthusiasm to patron. People want to see evidence of the expertise, it is great marketing. Secondly, the reviews and the response to those reviews by the owner were extremely off-putting. Professionalism and proper customer service skills are everything. I go for mens waxing, very clean and professional never a delay in service, always good at scheduling me and getting me ready for my next appointment. I’ve even been late and have been graced a 10-15 minute wait period to still show up. I also Get my teeth cleaned here and they have great service in a good part of town.
