I absolutely love Bmore Diva Nails. When I initially called Tia, I'd just had a bad experience with another nail salon. She spoke with me for over 20 minutes regarding my concerns before I booked an aappointment. My first appointment, she was very solicitous, offering me drinks, snacks, and asking if I needed to use the restroom. She is very meticulous about her work and loves for her client to leave happy. I have now been 5 times, and I haven't even needed a new acrylic full set yet. I come every 4 weeks, although the polish could certainly last longer. Plus, her prices are very reasonable. She was very late to a 530 appointment very impatient with me asking about my service and kept calling me the B word as I was her (friend) and I am a customer. This is my second time going to her the first time she was very rude and NOT patient ,, and with my child, she tells me that my son should be talking at his age and my son is to just turn two at that time, but that was none of your business. ((If he was off, he wasn’t)). I thought it was maybe because she had other customers there but this time it was only me and her there AND I was in the shop for four hours to get a fill-in and two nails fixed. I was looking for a black owned nail shop and found Tia. She is the best she is all about nail care. I have never had any shop tell me about how to take care of my nails and the signs to look for when your nails are in bad condition. Her customer service is top notch.
