I've been waiting for them to submit a prior auth since Sept 1.
My prior physician would have call to check on me. This one won't even......
The front desk and lab are awesome.

This is my second time here and I honestly want to transfer here permanently. Lots of parking, security guard is very kind, receptionist are very professional, the place is clean, SMELLS clean, and the nurses/doctors actually care. I felt very welcomed both times and these employees show alot of care. Definitely my preferred BMS location. Short wait also.

Used to really enjoy coming here but now everything has changed. The woman at the desk was dismissive as I went to the wrong location by accident. She could have helped me by scheduling a new appointment.
