I had such an amazing experience at this bridal shop! The service was incredible from start to finish, and they had such a large selection of beautiful dresses to choose from. Kai, who helped me throughout the appointment, was absolutely wonderful — so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and truly made the experience feel special and stress-free. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find dresses that matched my vision perfectly. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride looking for a welcoming and enjoyable dress shopping experience

Kai was a gem to work with! I had an amazing experience from the dress selection, cleanliness and atmosphere of the boutique, and everything in between. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while also listening to my ideas and needs for my wedding. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, patient, and genuinely invested in making the experience special.

She listened carefully to what my future daughter-in-law wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and had such a great eye for finding dresses that matched her style perfectly. She never rushed us, never pressured us, and made the entire appointment feel fun, comfortable, and memorable.

When the dress was finally found, it was such an emotional and beautiful moment—and Kai made it even more magical with her kindness and professionalism.

Had the most incredible experience at Amanda Ritchey Bridal Loft! I saved this shop for last knowing this would be the one where I most likely found my dress. Kai was nothing short of exceptional! She was kind, honest, sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and overall just a joy to work with!

Ironically, I wasn't looking for a wedding dress when I found AR Bridal Loft. I was making a christening gown for my granddaughter's Baptism and after Jo-Ann Fabrics closed (we miss you Jo-Ann Fabrics!) I was stuck searching for fabric for her dress. Amanda saw my post on a local group online and suggested her store. She was so helpful and kind and the dress turned out BEAUTIFULLY. I cannot recommend her or her shop more. The dresses in her shop were beautiful, elegant and special and would be perfect for a brides' day. Amanda was WONDERFUL to work with and would make the entire experience a pleasure for a bride. I'd highly recommend her shop!

I had the best experience when I went to AR Bridal. I went to one other bridal shop and was a bit discouraged until I came to Amanda Ritchie Bridal Loft. From the moment I walked into the door until the moment i left, the entire experience was amazing. Kai was my stylist and she listened and was helpful with everything. When I didn’t love a dress she was so accommodating, and so helpful. She pulled a lot of dresses for me until I found the one. she made my experience exceptional. I found the MOST PERFECT DRESS! I look at my dress every single week. I’m still so in love with it. I couldn’t recommend Amanda Ritchie bridal loft and Kai more than enough. :)

I had an appointment on Sunday 4/26 and it was less than ideal.. We came inside at our appointment time as it was also the same time the shop was opening and stood at the counter for a few minutes and nobody came over.. finally my mother walked over to the other side to grab someone because my appointment time shouldn’t be cut into due to their negligence. The beginning of the appointment started out pretty good. I don’t remember the consultants name but she has curly hair and was younger. She did give me a hard time for not saving enough photos of dresses to the portal and I offered to show her my Pinterest board multiple times but she declined.. the consultant asked what I liked in dresses and I told her. She then tells us to grab a seat while she will go and pull the dresses.. totally fine!

The first dress I try on is about everything I said I didn’t like. She asks me what I think and I tell her that I don’t like it, she tells me “you can’t just say you don’t like it, what don’t you like” fair enough honestly.. I go off to list about 5 things I dislike about the dress and she is visibly annoyed. She unzipped the back of that one and hands me the next one without any help stepping into it and I’m saying over and over I feel like I’m all over the dress and slipping on it. The next let’s just say 8 dresses were all the same but different fonts. I was getting reluctant to say anything as anytime I did she argued with me. I told her I like a basque waist- she tells me I don’t. This is not my first time going dress shopping and all my dresses for wedding events have been made with basque waists. She calls me out to my family for picking at different parts of the dress saying I’m showing insecurities on my hips and bust area.. for the record, I was trying to hold the dress up that she was not securing enough..
after the next batch of dresses she tells me I’m too indecisive and don’t know what I want in a dress. She tells me to put the robe on and go pick them out myself.. alright great- except she followed us around and told us why every dress I’m picking out is a bad choice. How I keep picking dressed from the Bridgeton collection and I won’t like those- how in the world am I supposed to know what collection each dress is.
The rest of the appointment is about the most successful it had gone because of the fact I did know what I was looking for, she was unwilling to listen.
The end of the appointment I am getting dressed and can hear her saying negative comments to my mother and maid of honor about my “indecisiveness” - but never her lack of empathy or active communication skills.

I do not recommend going here unless you want to be shamed for not liking the first dress that is brought to you… even though it’s the opposite of everything you said you wanted.

Found my wedding dress at Amanda Ritchey with the help of the wonderful Liliana! She really listened to what I wanted, and was able to provide all of her expertise with all the questions I had. The selection was incredible, the service was outstanding, and everything was seamless from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them as my wedding day approaches.
