If I could give 10 stars, I would! We bought our 1937 home in 2013, which had an ancient 1992 heating and cooling system that was still in working order. Of course, we thought we should just replace the system to avoid any major issues. Fred talked us out of it, said the system was working fine, and in the event it failed, he'd swoop in and rescue us. Over the years, he had come out intermittently to service the system (wearing his crazy shoes!) with very minor, very reasonably priced repairs. Fast forward TEN YEARS LATER, the system finally died. My history with Aire-Craft goes back at least 6 years ago whilst I managed a large complex( private residence) in Greenspring Valley. Fred and his team ALWAYS! went above and beyond. I am now living on the Eastern Shore of MD and had a few issues with my HVAC systems in the summer and more recently before Christmas. Not only did Fred & Mike make the 2 plus hour journey the resolved my issues. This kind of customer service should be applauded. Thank you all so much!!

I used Aire-Craft to replace my HVAC system. They were one of 3 companies I had come out and give me a proposal. They not only wet above and beyond but provided literature of current tax breaks. They technicians are great and very nice and professional. Highly recommend
