We had our dryer vent cleaned twice before by another service, but those visits did not seem very professional or complete. I’m really glad we found Affordable Air Duct Cleaners. Taylor and Emmanuel were very careful and thorough, explained the whole vent cleaning process clearly, showed me several photos, and walked me through the equipment they were using and why it was needed. Our dryer vent line is a long run from the middle of the house to an outside wall, so it needed extra attention to get the airflow restored and remove built-up lint. The service felt detailed, honest, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely use them again.
manuel was prompt, professional, and efficient. he cleaned our air ducts, vents, and dryer vent in just a few hours, and he took time to explain and show what was going on inside the vent system and airflow lines. he even added a last-minute dryer vent cleaning and pointed out a few issues with our dryer setup and vent connection that could have affected performance and safety. i have used this service more than once and definitely plan to use them again for future duct and vent cleaning in Baltimore.
Russell and Taylor arrived on time, were friendly, and did a very thorough air duct and vent cleaning. They showed before and after photos of each register and duct, which made it easy to see the dust and buildup that had been removed. Even though our home is fairly new, we were surprised by how much debris was inside the vents. When the job was done, everything looked much cleaner and the vents were spotless and shiny. They explained the duct cleaning process clearly, worked carefully around the house, and left the area neat when they finished. The pricing was very fair with no surprise charges or extra add-ons.
