Address Our Mess is a professional specialty cleaning company that handles hoarding, clutter, sorting, removal and larger organizational projects. The company was started by Jeff Cohn and Josh Rafter after receiving calls asking for cleaning help and the removal of items in a home. Very nice company. There were some things missed but still a great service regardless. I definitely wished they would have taken their time, they took two hours ($2000 job where they charge by the day) and I had to remind them to take some things that were on my throwaway list multiple time and they still left stuff behind. I feel like if they took their time not as much would have been lost. Still a decent service. The three stars is for what happened afterwards. I made a list of things I wanted set aside, some trackers were a part of this list. When I came back to my apartment, my trackers were not where I requested them to be. Wow! Tony, Zinnia, and Ryan were the best. My parents' home had become unsafe and my goal was to clear it out so that it was more accessible. I didn't think it would be possible for just three people to clean out the house in just three days, but they somehow managed it! Tony especially went above and beyond, sometimes picking up furniture on his own.Yes, the service is hella expensive. But now I understand why. You're paying for giant dumpsters, very heavy labor, and experience. I truly don't believe anyone else could have gotten the job done as well or as quickly as they did.Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Miguel and his crew did an excellent job!! Very pleased with their hard work and they got the job done on time and on budget! Office staff of Megan and Coleen were professional and timely! Would highly recommend the whole team to others!
