Dave with Accutest was on time, very informative, priced fairly, and did a great job with my lead test and getting me back the results promptly. I’ll be using Dave for all my rentals going forward!

Dave is amazing! Was so informative about the lead inspections process, taught me many facets previous inspectors ignored, and clearly puts his client's needs first. Excellent company and excellent services provided!

Everything went smoothly. The inspector had me execute remedial lead removal on a few fireplace face bricks that tested positive. I did that and was issued a Lead Free certificate, filed with MD Dept. of the Environment.
