Scott Fesser is an outstanding and thorough Inspector. Very detail oriented and you will receive a very detailed report. If I could give 10 stars, hands down he is your inspection hire for your new and pre-existing home too.

I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Jeremy was very thorough in my home inspection and kept me from making a horrible mistake! Further, the report/summary was provided very quickly and had good detail and pictures so there was no question as to where the damage was. I highly recommend!
