I discovered a leaking water heater late last evening. I called and left a message at 7:00 PM. Received a call back at 7:15 the next morning. Technicians were here by 8:30 AM. About two and a half hours later the hot water heater was replaced. Thanks to the technicians and Shipley for the prompt service and a job well done.
Taylor did a great job. Explained everything to us and reviewed the work with me at the end of the job. Was on time and finished quickly. Will use Shipley again in the future and recommend them.
I had a major plumbing job done by Shipley and they were fantastic. The plumbers who worked on my job were very professional, knowledgable and polite. When we told them we needed the job completed by a certain day because we were going out of town for two weeks, they went out of the way to finish on time.
