“I've been going to Dr. Chen for about four months now. After suffering from debilitating hives and swelling for several months and seeing doctor after doctor, trying tons of different medicines, acupuncture is the only thing that has helped, and it helped immediately. I don't know why it took me so long to consider trying acupuncture, but it was life changing. I'd encourage anyone to give it a try! Dr. Chen is wonderful--she knew right away some treatments that might work for me, made some recommendations about things to avoid (which have also helped) and frankly, was the first medical person to not seem baffled when they met me, which gave me hope. “I've visited the Natural Care Center for acupuncture many times. I decided to work with a student through their teaching clinic because the cost is lower. I was assigned a student, met for my first visit over telehealth, and then met in person every time after. It's super easy to schedule an appointment - I just text the student directly to find out their availability. I check-in at the front desk and then am escorted to the room where my acupuncturist is waiting for me. They are always so kind and patient and really want to understand how I am doing. The student does an initial assessment and then meets with their supervisor to go over the treatment plan. The appointment is usually about an hour and half from start to finish. I always leave feeling super present.“

“TianDr Tain is an extremely professional and knowledgeable acupuncturist. He is currently treating my husband for a rare eye disease. He listens and evaluates carefully and is very caring and compassionate. No other doctors have given my husband any hope to see again. Dr Tian treats him as an individual and gives him hope and inspiration for recovery. He uses a unique approach to treat my husband’s optic nerve neuropathy combining wholistic health with electrode-acupuncture and herbs. He always greets us with a smile. His jovial demeanor helps to make this rare eye disease more bearable.Dr Tian has also treated my husband’s asthma/wheezing using acupuncture and herbs and we have seen very successful result quickly. He has treated our daughter for allergies in the spring and she has experienced great relief, naturally, from her allergies.As a licensed oncologist he treats many cancer patients. We have talked with other patients that he treats for pain relief. Dr Tian works with insurance companies to cover the visits. We highly recommend Dr Tian as one of the best acupuncturists in the area. We make a 40 minute drive to his office twice a week and wouldn’t go anywhere else. His flexible hours are very helpful.
