SERVPRO of Annapolis were really easy to work with in a time of high stress. They were able to take some of the burden off from the stress of having an unpredictable thing happen to your home. They were able to walk me through some of the things better than insurance and was able to come out immediately to assess the damages. Front desk staff was very professional and nice as well.

SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park did an excellent job with our basement wastewater flooding. They were prompt, coming out the next day and completing all work within an evening. As much of a nightmare as the flooding was, the SERVPRO team was wonderful to work with and made sure to communicate with both us and our insurance company.
