Trish also did permanent makeup on my eyebrows - something that I was initially terrified to do because I prefer a very natural look. “On July 2, 2024, I had a very disheartening lash experience at the Annapolis location. However, Johnny, the Operations Manager, contacted me immediately to address the situation. He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Although my first experience was extremely disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. Johnny and Carissa turned my initial experience around and made it much better. Because of their genuine efforts, I have since removed my initial Google review, as my subsequent experience was great, and I look forward to a continued relationship.“
