“We arrived home from work one day last December to find chimney soot and dust (silica) covering almost everything in our home from the basement to the 2nd floor after what was supposed to be 4-6 hours of routine service to reline our chimney. Eric with SERVPRO arrived at our home first thing on Monday morning. He went above and beyond by serving as our project manager for several months. In addition to coordinating SERVPRO's work, he managed multiple additional contractors. He also worked closely with the insurance company responsible for the claim.
