Allergy and Asthma Associates, PA is a friendly and efficient office. The staff, including the front desk and nurses, are kind and show compassion. Dr. Andrews is very good at explaining details and takes his time with patients. He is also wonderful with toddlers and genuinely cares about his patients, especially kids. Nurse Practitioners, such as NP Abby and NP Karli, are also amazing and thorough. However, one reviewer had a bad experience with a staff member who was rude. Overall, the office is highly recommended for its great customer service and kind staff. Patients feel lucky to have doctors like Dr. Andrews who listen and want what's best for them. The office is able to accommodate new patients quickly, and the nurses explain every part of the testing process, making patients feel comfortable.
I love this place! Dr Andrew 's is very good at what he does! He takes his time to explain details of your visit! He and his staff are so friendly.... I've been going there for quite some time now.... I wouldn't want to go anywhere else thank you to Dr Andrews and staff 🙌🏽👍🏽🥳🙏🏽💕
Dr. Andrews was wonderful and very nice. Very good with my toddler and very good at explaining things to us. However, the woman who performed my daughter‘s allergy test was so incredibly rude to me and my husband that I was in shock! I don’t know if she was having a bad day and taking it out on us but she should not speak to people in the manner or tone in which she does.
My medical history is a little complicated but I could not have asked for a better visit than what I had this morning. From the kind lady at the front desk and the one who took my vitals, to Nurse Practioner Abby and Dr. Andrews, every one of them showed a kindness and compassion that went beyond expectations. They answered all of my questions with patience and gave me confidence I was in the right place.
