I have alway had great experiences with everyone at both offices Arbutus and Glen Burnie, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They both keep me update on sales and promotions. I love that I go in and sometimes u get an unexpected promotion like an upgrade for the day, I guess that comes from the bosses but still a nice perk. Thanks for always thinking of the customer.

I was worried about them moving to the new location, I still don’t like that they are over near the Walmart and the parking lot is a little sketchy. This new place is so beautiful inside. They’ve upgraded some of the higher beds and the interior is so nice. As always, the girls up front are super nice and very helpful when you have questions or steering you in the right direction for new lotions. And they never push to get more money from you. I went in today to unfreeze my account and I actually downgraded and Debbie (I think that’s her name) the manager didn’t give me a hard time or make me feel bad for going down a level, she helped me with everything and helped... read full review
