We had our generator serviced and maintenance done a bit over a month ago from two wonderful techs with Weisman whose names escape me. They were professional and thorough explaining everything being done and the reasons why the work was being performed.
About two weeks ago we started to smell a very strong what seemed like exhaust odor.
Weisman had Bobby come out to inspect our generator to diagnose the issue.
Well, the issue was us, the homeowner. We had too much overgrowth of vines over the last couple of weeks with all of the rain that the exhaust had no where to dissipate.

Bobby called me today and scheduled a 1-year check up on my backup unit. He changed the oil, oil filter and shut off the electric to make sure that the generator was working properly. Bobby said she was running perfect. He also told me I had 75% of my propane left and I wouldn't have to order any right now . Thank you for your good service

So grateful for their customer service. I had a power outage over the holiday weekend and they were able to send a service team on the next business day and the team actually arrived earlier than expected.
