Online booking was ideal for scheduling outside of business hours. They called immediately in the morning to confirm and we're out the same day. Robert and James were great. They communicated thoroughly before doing any work and replaced the pipe quickly.
UPDATED review (6/9/2026): Shortly after posting my original review, I did get to speak with the owner Will Staton. He genuinely listened to my concerns, apologized, and went to work in setting things right and rebuilding the trust I had lost in Staton from this experience. Today my installation was completed and the new unit is working great. The level of communication I got from Staton today is what I wished I would’ve gotten from the very beginning. I’ve updated my 1-star rating to 4-stars because Will listened and kept his promise of making things right. Joe F. was our technician and he was great! He had to work with our roof technician to adjust the pipe. He was very understanding about waiting for the other technician! Joe explained everything that he had to do to resolve our sewer smell and the noise from our bathroom tub after we flush the toilet! He was confident about what he was telling us which made us feel like we got the right company for the job! Now we do not hear nor smell anything when we flush our toilet! We will for sure use Staton again!
