Traveling from Minnesota for the month and found this location to be clean and well organized for an effective workout. Loved the separate area for stretching. Will be back while I'm in the area.
I've been coming here 3-6 days a week for about two years.
All of the staff are really nice and very friendly. I've attended a few different classes during my time and also had a couple of training sessions and they have all been great.
The equipment is well-maintained and they have an excellent selection. The membership fee is reasonable given the price of other gyms in the area. This is also the only 24/hr gym I've belonged to where I can forget a water bottle (or many other items, sorry guys) and have it still be there the next day.
Ooo this gym is soo cool, it keeps me out of the living room! The atmosphere has a perfect balance between focused and friendly. The trainers have cool energy where you will find yourself working harder just by them being in the same room as you. Everything feels taken care of, from the cleanliness to the organization to the proper equipment that’s offered. And let’s not forget the location because Annapolis is a beautiful city where we train like we are in the Navy
