Update to my review from almost a year ago: another stellar experience with Smith & Rawlings. They responded immediately to my early-morning call and got someone out quickly. Brian diagnosed the problem, conferred with long-timer Larry, and my heat was up and running promptly. Bonus: it's now running more quietly than before. Thanks again!

Hands down a great stand-up company. Knows what they are doing and shows up on time. We called many companies locally that diddn't want to do damper control work, or just never showed up. Quality HVAC companies are hard to find. They have a customer for life.Service: Heating system repair

Excellent service from S&R! I had an emergency with my heat, and they were able to come out and look at my HVAC within 1 day. They fixed some settings on the thermostat/HVAC and also took a look to make sure there were no other issues going on. Would def call them again if my 10 yr old HVAC starts acting up again.Services: Thermostat repair
